| Fleming House, Belfast |
| Situated at 7 Palmerston Road, Belfast and opened
in 1998, Fleming House is named after Rev. J Fleming, a
former Superintendent of Newtownabbey Methodist Mission.
It provides 14 self-contained sheltered flats on 2
floors, for the elderly/disabled. There is a Part-Time
non-resident Warden and the Scheme incorporates a lift,
Warden's Office, and a laundry room. There are ample car
parking facilities and there is a small, well maintained
garden area. |

| The Scheme comprises the following dwelling types: |

standard). |

3 x 2 person flats (1 designed to wheelchair
standard). |

| Heating of all flats is by Electric Economy 7 and tenants
can set heat levels to suit themselves. Each flat is supplied
with ample double sockets, telephone point, TV aerial point,
smoke detectors and warden call system. The wheelchair flats
have hobs, built-in ovens and fridges supplied by the
Association. |
