| Stutt House, situated at Palmerston Road, Belfast was
named after Rev J W Stutt, the first Chairperson and one of
the founder members of the Association. The Scheme was completed
in 1981 and was extensively renovated/modernised in 2002. |

| It provides 8 self-contained flats category 1 sheltered
housing for the elderly and disabled. There is a small laundry
room and an outside drying area. The provision of an emergency
call system linked to the careline helps to provide a secure
environment for retired persons. Car parking space is available
for tenants. A part-time non-resident warden is employed to
oversee the scheme. |
